Preparation materials
1. UJOYBIO3D Hyper PLA + printing filament

Printing parameter settings

2. Heat bed temperature: Set it between 40-60℃.
3. Printing layer height: set 0.2mm, if set to 0.18mm, the surface of the printed model will be smoother and more delicate, the smaller the layer height, the smoother the surface, to ensure that the model details are clear, UJOYBIO3D's Hyper PLA+ filament has a very low shrinkage rate, does not warp, does not crack characteristics.
4. Printing speed: Set it to 300mm/s, which ensures the efficiency of printing and improves the printing speed and accuracy, because UJOYBIO3D's printing filament supports up to 500mm/s printing speed.
5. Support Settings:
Support type: must be needed here, we recommend using tree support, and set to a support structure with strong removability, threshold angle of 30, and remove small overhangs.
Support density: 5%, easy to remove and stable support.
Support contact point: It is recommended to set it to “touch the building plate” to minimize the impact on the model surface. 6.
6. Shell Wall Thickness: Recommended to be 2mm, corresponding to 2 layers, the finished thickness of the print has enough toughness, which is also suitable for most models.
7. Filling Density: It is recommended to set it to 5% to balance the structural strength with the amount of material used.
8. Add Wipe Wall: Wipe Wall Size is set to default, height of 50mm, cleanup mile of 45mm3 , Brim width of 5mm; this can improve the quality of the printed model, especially suitable for this kind of multi-color printing at the same time, it can reduce the transition area color contamination of the scene.
Printing Notes
1. Support Setting
Tree support can reduce the model in the overhanging parts to have a better molding effect, especially in complex shapes such as venom teeth parts. If the model has a lot of overhangs, the support density should be increased appropriately to avoid collapsing.
2. Wipe Wall
“Wipe Wall” (Wipe Wall) is a technique used to improve the quality of printing, especially for multi-material printing or the need to reduce the transition area of color contamination of the scene, the current ‘Venom Spider-Man headset frame’ a total of four colors of filament, the nozzle constantly changing colors.
