Product Label Clarification – Hyper PLA+

Some customers have reported receiving Hyper PLA+ filament labeled as “PLA.”
We’d like to clarify that the product itself is indeed PLA+, and the material specifications are correct.

This issue occurred due to a labeling error during production, where a small portion of inventory was mistakenly labeled as PLA. The filament inside meets all PLA+ performance standards and is not affected in any way.
